Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Type of funding sources: None. Introduction Historically, the prognosis those women suffering a STelevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), has been worse compared to men. Some causal factors are presentation at later ages, atypical symptoms, lower perception risk and less sensitivity health care providers. Purpose Our hypothesis is that there still differences in STEMI based on gender, which could be identified guide new public campaigns this perspective. Therefore our primary outcome find gender symptoms time delays cohort patients, secondary outcomes mortality bleeding. Methods We conducted retrospective analysis carried out Acute Cardiac Care Unit (ACCU) tertiary hospital, where 50% medical staff women. Patients hospitalized for one year were included detailed caracterization delays, adverse events was recorded. Finally, patients classified according between both groups analyzed. Results Between May/2020 May/2021, 1056 admitted ACCU, 33% A total 115 analysis, 21% Basal characteristics equivalent, except non significand trens towards prevalence peripheral arterial disease (0% vs. 11%; OR 0.890, IC 95% 0.828-0.957; p=0.089). Opressive chest pain most frequent symptom, but it (75% 91.4%, 0.284, 0.085-0.948; p=0.033), whereas they presented more frequently with stabbing (13% 2.4%, 6, 1.073-38.35; p=0.035), their radiated neck (28.6% 4.9%, 7.7, 1.1936-30.631; p=0.001), associated nausea/vomiting (45% 1.3%, 5.809, 1.930-17.486; p=0.001). There non-significant trend longer delay onset seek help (185min IQR 747 60min 454, p=0.098), being other system equivalent groups. Women had an increased bleeding risk, higher CRUSADE score (47.48 ± 22.92 28.60 16.72, p=0.001) incidence (12.55% 0%, 11.68, 9.82-13.29, no treatments administered or (12.5% 14.3%, p=0.822). Conclusions often reported pain, radiating neck, men, took help. These findings design future minimize targeting these different female population.

Young children selectively seek help when solving problems.
There is strong evidence that children show selectivity in their reliance on others as sources of information, but the findings to date have largely been limited to contexts that involve factual information. The current experiments were designed to determine whether children might also show selectivity in their choice of sources within a problem-solving context. Children in two age groups (20-2...
متن کاملMobile Robot Planning to Seek Help with Spatially-Situated Tasks
Indoor autonomous mobile service robots can overcome their hardware and potential algorithmic limitations by asking humans for help. In this work, we focus on mobile robots that need human assistance at specific spatially-situated locations (e.g., to push buttons in an elevator or to make coffee in the kitchen). We address the problem of what the robot should do when there are no humans present...

Not everyone defines error the same way. An often-cited 1999 Institute of Medicine (IOM) report defined error as a "failure of a planned action ... or the use of a wrong plan." Some patients include rudeness or prolonged waiting time when describing medical error. With the literature offering at least 25 definitions of error, how do you decide whether an occurrence rises to the level of an erro...
